Meet the ZX 2K Boost

adidas is back at giving its iconic running sneakers a modern refresh with the ZX 2K Boost. The new sneaker is a modern interpretation of the ZX 710 that launched in 1987.

The ZX 710 OG. This is the 2014 retro.

As one of the last ZX models to not have adidas’ Torsion system, the ZX 710 is famous for its Dillinger webbing on the forefoot portion of the midsole.

For its modern interpretation, the ZX 2K Boost keeps the DNA of the ZX 710, but gets a full Boost midsole with classic Dillinger webbing on the forefoot portion. The upper is more streamlined with its use of synthetic overlays and still maintains key design elements of the ZX 710.

The ZX 2K Boost is set to be official soon for $140(~Php 7.1k).
