Before Kawhi Leonard became a signature athlete with New Balance, the Klaw used to have a few special edition sneakers with Nike. One of them is a metallic silver Air Jordan 1 that is part of the “Think 16” collection from 2018.

Paying tribute to Leonard’s first Championship win–with the Spurs back in 2014, his special edition Air Jordan 1 is decked in white, black, and metallic silver, with is Klaw logo on the tongue and 16 strikes marking on the heel.

While Kawhi is no longer associated with Nike, the Swoosh is set to use a similar color blocking with this upcoming Metallic Silver colorway. Making it different from the Kawhi pair is that this upcoming colorway utilizes a black toe color blocking, essentially making it a new spin to the classic Bred Toes we all know.

The sneaker is premium as it makes use of tumbled leather for the upper and a leather sock liner. As an OG pair, you get the classic Nike Air tags on these.

The Metallic Silver Air Jordan 1 is slated to drop on February 12, and initial reports say that it will be a Womens exclusive. Nonetheless, expect the dudes to go crazy copping this pair as well.
