Or possibly one of the possible 2020 models?

Since its unveiling in 2017, the VaporMax has been part of Nike’s performance line. Being an evolution of the Air Max, the VaporMax takes things to another level by having an all-Air Max unit on the heel, midfoot, and forefooteach section tuned differently according to one’s needs.

The upcoming VaporMax 2020 was supposed to be unveiled in time for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, but things changed as COVID-19 made a worldwide impact especially with public events. While we do not know when the VaporMax 2020 will launch, additional colorways—on top of the ones previewed by the Swoosh—have surfaced.

Unlike previous VaporMax models, the 2020 VaporMax will use a FlyEase system, making them easy to wear with its laceless design. The FlyEase system extends to the heel with a unique locking mechanism for proper foot lockdown.

The VaporMax 2020 is part of Nike’s sustainability initiative, as it is made from approximately 75% recycled manufacturing waste. The Flyknit upper is made from recycled polyester, while the drawcord tips, zipper pulls and Swoosh branding are made from Nike’s Grind rubber.
