As part of its push for using sustainable materials on its sneakers starting with the Space Hippie collection, Nike is incorporating the same concept to other silhouettes like the Air Jordan 1 and Air Force 1. With the Dunk being on a roll this year, it does not come as a surprise that Nike is doing the crater concept on the SB Dunk Low.

Aside from using reprocessed materials, the SB Dunk Low Crater is unique for its Swoosh. Instead of the usual overlaid design, you get a hand-stitched design instead. Dressed in muted colors, the SD Dunk Low Crater has speckles all around it, representing the imperfections associated with using reprocessed materials.

Despite being an SB model, you get a thinner-than-usual tongue and ankle collar, with the latter featuring a deconstructed look. Completing the look is the use of Grind Rubber for the outsole. Given the nature of the materials used, every SB Dunk Low Crater will look different from one another.

There’s no release date yet for the SB Dunk Low Crater, but expect these to be hyped up.
