Since the time MJ played on the hardwood floor as a Bull until now, Jordan sneakers have been an integral part of basketball and streetwear culture. Even after Jordan officially retired in 2003, he managed to carry his brand to new heights with distinct apparel and sought after sneakers.

While Filipino fans have had access to exclusive Jordan products through specialty stores including select Nike retailers, Commonwealth, Titan, Urban Athletics, and Sole Republiq, there has never been a store solely dedicated to the Jumpman. That time has come, as Jordan Brand is officially opening its first Southeast Asian store here in the Philippines!

In a video released by Bonifacio Global City’s official Facebook page, we get a first glance at the storefront currently covered due to construction. The recognizable Jumpman logo in white amidst a black background is found on top of the words “Opening soon”.

Located at Bonifacio High Street South Block, Bonifacio Global City, the store appears to be about the size of an entire basketball court. With its size, we can only imagine all the sneakers and apparel that will be offered once the store opens.

Unfortunately, there are no official details regarding when the store is scheduled to open, but hopefully, it will take place as soon as possible, just in time for the Christmas season! With Jordan Brand selecting their first store in Southeast Asia to be in Manila, there seems to be a promising future ahead between Jumpman and the Philippines.

Are you excited for the grand opening? Because we sure are! And while we’re on the topic of Jordan, check out this article on an Alternative to the Travis Scott X Air Jordan 1.
